Confined Space Entry + IDLH Rescue (32hrs)
Confined Space Entry + IDLH Rescue course is intended for individuals required to act as part of a confined space rescue team where entry into IDLH environments would be required to rescue an injured worker. It includes competencies from NFPA while at the same time meeting WorkSafeBC requirements including patient packaging, SCBA and SAR use, chemical protection, rescue pre-plans, gas monitoring and ventilation. A significant part of Confined Space Entry + IDLH Rescue training involves several hands-on entries into and rescues from confined spaces while on supplied air. We offer several confined space courses for a range of applications, click here to browse.
